Living Life

He is the one that is always on my mind, 
Without him there would be nothing left of me. 
He gives me a reason to keep trying, to keep living. 
I want to be by his side I just don't know how to. 
He has my heart, he probably doesn't know. 
So here I am living my life just hoping he will notice me.

Heart

Her trusty heart was drained today of care;
For ailing pups and worn out wings and lost
Souls drowning in their cups at such a cost--
The kicks and cuffs that only she would bear.
He rages but can't hurt her now or taunt
A passion he endowed with careless lust
And cold abuse he piled on broken trust
While killing time with whores he loved to flaunt.
Her blackened eyes will see no more of blame
Or dwell upon a lover's feigned regard
That mesmerized her soul but left it scarred
And helpless to escape a cunning flame.

A trusting heart that finally has flown--
With love reflecting hate in polished stone.

My Favorite Place

My favorite place would have to be
Sitting on the beach by the sea
But it has to be watching the sunset
Just sitting in the sand as you see butterflies
The sun lighting the sky
The mothers finally putting their baby down for shut-eye
Nothing to be heard, but the chirping of the night
The mosquitoes slowly starting to bite
The sky turning bright red and yellow
Slowly fading to a dark blue, the moon trying to say hello
The waves slowly and softly coming ashore
This is the time of say I hope for
The stars coming out, starting to shine
So peaceful, so quiet, so beautiful, just perfect
The temperature slowly starts to decline
This s the time and place I will always respect

A Kiss, A Hug, A Dream

A kiss is just a kiss till you find the one you love. 
A hug is just a hug till it's with the one your thinking of. 
A dream is just a dream till it comes true. 
Love is just a four letter word till it's proven to you.

Elizabethan Poem

Alack, for hear these words of longing
Haply words of sadness, joy, or tears
E'en in the darkest night there is lil' light
If you wilt her me out, you wilt cry for joy
Hence forth a place where there are no fears
But that place is far from here
Marry there is such a place
Withal there has to be no broken hearts
Aye that is a place where they don't exist
I wish that place was here
But alack that place is far far away
Happy we will all get there in time

Love Or Hate

Hate is a strong word, but love is stronger
I will never let you go cause of love
My love for you runs deeper than you know
My hate never lasts, my love will always
Heart will be broken but love will not fade
Love is like life it lives and loves and grows
Hate is like death it suffocates and dies
This is the reason people search for love
Without love in this world, live would be dead
The love in my heart is always free
If you lie to me that love will not be
You can get it back but that's not easy
See hate is strong but love is way stronger

Ringing in my Head

Slowly walking home, heart pounding,
Rain softly falling on my face.
His voice ringing in my head,
Like a sweet, addicting melody.
The smile spreading across my face,
Now just wishing I stopped for a hug.
