The dry amazing heat
The scorching summer sun
Beating down on our sun-kissed skin
Our bodies shimer
With the soft touch of sweat
A longing for shade
Or a dip in the pool
All dressed in red
We are easy to spot
For we are your lifeguards
We are proud at heart.
